The guidelines were developed in cooperation between the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers &amp; Exporters (CCCMC) and the OECD. The guidelines align with the OECDs due diligence guidelines on conflict minerals and will initially be voluntary.
